West Berlin has a workable public transport network centred on an urban train network that makes it easy to access anywhere in the city. In the eastern areas of the city the system isn't quite so good but is slowly being invested in and improved.

The dedicated airport express service runs every few minutes, taking around 30 minutes to the Hauptbahnhof, the new main central station.
Tegel
